Dear Parents/Carers,

You will be aware from that the NEU (National Education Union) have declared strike action, which will take place on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th March 2023.

We are trying our best to deliver high-quality teaching and provide a good education to our learners and will therefore remain open during the strike days.

Our Academy remains committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our learners, we may experience difficulties with staffing on the day, so please be aware that if we feel staffing levels are unsafe we may need to send some learners home.

You will need to be contactable throughout the day in the event we need to send any learners home could you please ensure we have up-to-date contact numbers.

Once again we are sorry about the potential disruption to you and to your child’s education.
